Fyeld Expands Under New Private Equity Ownership

Hyle Capital Partners has sold the majority of its stake in Fyeld, a rapidly growing agricultural machinery company, to White Bridge Investments, a private equity company known for driving growth through external acquisitions. Hyle Capital sees continued potential in Fyeld and will remain as a minority partner, furthering the industrial project that began in June 2022. The change in ownership aims to facilitate further growth, utilizing the expertise of Fyeld's management team under the leadership of CEO Massimo Zubelli and President Livio Marchiori. White Bridge Investments has a history of growth in this sector after acquiring companies like Guaresi, Grim, Hortech, Kult, and Toselli, helping Fyeld's revenues to surge from €20 million to a projected €70 million. The deal involved numerous advisors including Ethica Group for M&A, and law and financial experts such as Hogan Lovells and KPMG. The future strategy focuses on exploiting synergies identified both domestically and internationally, boosting Fyeld's response to the rising global demand for agricultural mechanization.
