FTI Consulting Welcomes Strategy Expert Josh Harris to Private Equity Team

FTI Consulting has announced the appointment of Josh Harris as a Senior Managing Director in its Private Equity practice, which is part of the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. Harris brings nearly 20 years of experience in strategy and transformation, primarily working with private equity firms and large corporations across various stages of the deal lifecycle, including due diligence, acquisition, transformation, and exit. His expertise spans portfolio strategy, performance improvement, post-merger integration, and organizational restructuring. In his new role, Harris will focus on transformative projects for large and mid-cap companies, as well as private equity firms in regulated sectors such as aerospace, defense, and technology.
