Frigomat Acquired by Cipelletti Family: Full Control Secured

Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a renowned legal firm, played a crucial role in assisting the Soffientini family in selling their 50% co-control stake in Frigomat, an Italian company specializing in gelato and pastry equipment, to the Cipelletti family. This acquisition grants the Cipelletti family complete control over Frigomat. Over the past year, Pirola has been instrumental in organizing the corporate transitions and contractual agreements needed for the transfer. The transaction was led by equity partner Massimo Di Terlizzi, alongside associate partner Graziana Toscano and counsel Francesca Proietto. Complementarily, Pirola Corporate Finance supported the seller with negotiation, commercial, and professional evaluation aspects, coordinated by Ludovico Mantovani, with contributions from managing director Marco Gregorini and associate director Andrea Ancarani. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in the expansion and consolidation efforts of the Cipelletti family in the gelato equipment sector.
