Syclef Group, through its subsidiary Syclef Italia S.r.l., has acquired a majority stake in Frigo.Erre Group S.r.l. from the existing minority shareholders, who have retained a minority interest. The transaction was legally advised by Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners, led by partner Valentina Dragoni. Financial advice was provided by Alessandro Bonino of NewInvest Corporation. The sellers, represented by Frigoimpianti and Dierre Group Immobiliare, received legal support from the notary firm SNBS and financial consulting from Favaro & Associati.
