Freshstream to Acquire Majority Stake in G2V Group

Freshstream Investment Partners LLP has announced its investment in G2V Group, aiming to acquire a majority stake in the rapidly expanding contract staffing and recruitment firm. Founded in 2004 in the UK, G2V has grown significantly, establishing 22 offices across Benelux, DACH regions, the UK, and the US. The firm's brands, including Vivid Resourcing, g2, and Lumicity, have demonstrated deep domain expertise in sectors like Technology, Engineering, Government, and Life Sciences. These industries face structural talent shortages, increasing the demand for G2V's services. The investment will support G2V's plans to expand further, especially in the US market, under the guidance of CEO Luke Parker and his experienced management team. This marks the eighth investment for Freshstream's first independent fund, which raised 762 million last year. G2V joins a diverse portfolio of high-growth entrepreneurial businesses under Freshstream's management.
