Foster Farms Sells Farmerville Complex to Case Farms

Foster Farms, one of the leading poultry producers in the United States, has successfully completed the sale of its Farmerville, Louisiana complex to Case Farms, under the aegis of Atlas Holdings LLC. The divestment includes critical facilities such as the Fresh Chicken, Prepared Foods, and Protein Conversion facilities in Farmerville, along with a feed mill in Arcadia and a hatchery in Athens, Louisiana. This transaction is a strategic move for Foster Farms, allowing it to concentrate on expanding its core branded retail and foodservice channels.
