Forum Partners, a global real estate investment manager, has successfully completed the funding for its latest project, Newlands Development Opportunities I, LLC, with a total commitment of $12 million. This fund aims at supporting Newlands Property Group, Ltd., Forum's portfolio company, in acquiring and developing Newlands Park Nottingham Gateway in the UK’s Golden Triangle logistics corridor. The project benefits from strategic location and high investor interest in the UK's logistics sector. Talking about the project, David Keir, chairman of Newlands Property Group, highlights the potential for development and long-term investments in the logistics market. Newlands has secured approval for a 834,000-square-foot development on the site.
