Fortissimo Capital sells Morning to TeamSystem

Fortissimo Capital, a private equity firm, has announced the definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company, Morning, also known as Green Invoice, to TeamSystem, an Italian company. Morning, a leading SaaS business management platform, has significantly grown since Fortissimo's initial investment in 2021. Serving over 150,000 small-to-medium businesses and freelancers in Israel, Morning's suite of digital tools simplifies complex management tasks. The company's growth was bolstered by strategic investments in management and data capabilities, contributing to its market leadership. Recently, Morning secured a second-level license from the Israel Securities Authority, establishing it at the forefront of the Open Banking revolution.
