Fortes Completes Acquisition of QuoTec, Expands in European PSA Market

Fortes, a prominent player in the European Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software industry, has acquired German-based QuoTec. QuoTec, known for its expertise in the agency vertical, provides a robust PSA software platform aimed at enhancing professional services processes. This acquisition, the third since Fortes became part of Main Capital Partners' portfolio in 2021, intends to bolster Fortes' capabilities within the German market, particularly in the swiftly expanding agency sector. The strategic move aims to integrate Fortes' end-to-end solutions with QuoTec's existing strengths, thereby streamlining project management for German businesses and government bodies. Both companies can leverage each other’s network and expertise for a more comprehensive market approach, with an emphasis on accelerating project completion and boosting consulting revenues. QuoTec founder Isa Said will continue his involvement, ensuring continuity and integration within the broader corporate strategy.
