Formeds Sold to Enterprise Investors in Strategic Move

MFW Fialek has successfully advised Novastone Capital Advisors and other shareholders on the sale of Formeds Group to Enterprise Investors. Formeds, established in 2012, specializes in the production of dietary supplements that do not contain chemical additives. Novastone Capital Advisors, known for its collaborations with private equity investors through its Operator-Led Search Fund Program, led this transaction. The deal also involved an existing shareholder reinvesting into a holding company that will indirectly own Formeds. This transaction marks a continued relationship between MFW Fialek and Formeds, as they also advised on its previous sale to Novastone Capital Advisors. The MFW Fialek legal team comprised Associate Partner Rafal Siemieniec, Senior Associates Wojciech Lichterowicz and Pawel Siwiec, Associates Maciej Kiraga and Bartosz Romanowski, and Intern Agata Mulawa.
