Foresight Completes AUD$700 Million Refinancing Boost

Global law firm White & Case LLP successfully advised the Foresight’s Australian Renewables Income Fund (ARIF) on a significant AUD$700 million portfolio debt refinancing. This strategic refinancing involves a AUD$620 million term loan and an AUD$80 million multi-purpose facility, supported by a syndicate of major Australian and international banks, such as ANZ, Westpac, Mizuho, HSBC, and Bank of China. The purpose of this refinancing is to consolidate existing debts across various operational renewable energy projects, facilitating a more robust platform for ARIF’s future investment plans. The newly restructured financial terms are expected to substantially contribute to ARIF's growth aspirations within the renewable energy sector.
