Finshape Expands with Realtime-XLS Acquisition

Finshape, a leading European provider of digital banking solutions, has announced its acquisition of Realtime-XLS, a global loyalty platform, from the Collinson Group. This acquisition marks Finshape's first purchase of an international product company, significantly extending its expertise in customer loyalty solutions and geographic reach. The deal aligns with Finshape's 'buy & build' strategy, developed in conjunction with majority shareholder PortfoLion Capital Partners. By integrating Realtime-XLS, Finshape enhances its Digital Bank Operating System (DBOS) with advanced loyalty capabilities, allowing banks to reward customer behavior, enhance engagement, and increase organic revenue through cross-sell and up-sell activities. Finshape gains 60 new specialists, expands its presence with offices in France and Singapore, and strengthens ties with major banks in key financial hubs in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. This strategic move underscores the trend among banks to adopt digital banking platforms that drive quick revenue growth while improving customer experience without replacing existing core systems.
