Finshape Acquires Realtime-XLS to Bolster Customer Loyalty Offerings

Finshape, a prominent provider of digital banking solutions, has acquired Realtime-XLS, a global customer loyalty platform, from Collinson Group. This acquisition is Finshape's first international product company purchase, significantly enhancing its capabilities in customer loyalty solutions and broadening its global reach. The acquisition aligns with the 'buy-and-build' strategy set by Finshape and its majority owner, PortfoLion Capital Partners. The integration of Realtime-XLS into Finshape's Digital Bank Operating System (DBOS) adds sophisticated loyalty capabilities, allowing banks to enrich customer interactions and increase revenues through cross-selling and upselling activities. Finshape will expand its team by about 60 specialists, establish new offices in France and Singapore, and strengthen relationships with leading banks in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, such as the UAE, Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore. The acquisition reflects the trend among banks to adopt digital banking platforms to enhance customer experience and revenue without replacing existing core systems.
