Finprog, the investment holding company associated with the Doris family, has acquired an ownership stake in Nextalia SGR through a capital increase that circumvents the preemptive rights. This investment strengthens Nextalia's shareholder base, which is already composed of leading Italian institutional investors, and marks a significant step in its growth as an independent platform in the private market, supporting Italy's real economy.
