Finint Investments' fund, Finint Equity For Growth, has completed its fifth acquisition with the purchase of Tommasin Utensili S.r.l. and CUS Tools S.r.l., companies specialized in designing and producing custom tools for various industrial sectors. The transaction includes a minority stake from ABC Company alongside Finint E4G and a reinvestment by the selling operational partners. Simone Tommasin and Mattia Raschetti, the selling shareholders, will assume commercial management roles within the group, aiming for synergy realization and market expansion. Legal advisory for Finint was provided by Pavia e Ansaldo, with EY conducting fiscal and financial due diligence, and CBA Studio Legale e Tributario assisting on structural aspects.
