Hogan Lovells has successfully advised Fincantieri, a major global player in shipbuilding, on the issuance of a €395 million Schuldschein loan. This senior unsecured loan has been structured in three tranches, set to mature over three and five-year periods. The transaction is governed by German law and supported by financing from 16 national and international institutional investors. BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, and UniCredit Bank acted as arrangers.
