Finangeste Commits €60M to Real Estate Development in Tomar

CMS Portugal has advised Finangeste, a Portuguese company specializing in real estate development and credit recovery, on a significant investment of €60 million. This investment is directed at the development of Quinta do Contador, an ambitious project in Tomar set to commence in September. The project entails constructing 345 homes alongside commercial spaces, office buildings, and student residences. The transaction, led by a partner from CMS Portugal's urban planning practice and supported by associate Ins Machado da Silva, signifies a substantial boost to the regional infrastructure development. The project's scope and significance underscore the proactive steps taken by Finangeste to expand its portfolio in real estate development within Portugal.
