Fimer Acquired by Greybull Capital with Legal Assistance from Gop

Greybull Capital, a UK-based investment company, has acquired Fimer, a company in extraordinary administration specializing in the manufacturing and commercialization of photovoltaic inverters. Assisted by the law firm Gianni & Origoni (Gop), Greybull initially supported Fimer's restructuring efforts during its concordato procedure. The acquisition included Fimer's production facility in Terranuova Bracciolini and six key international subsidiaries, preserving 263 jobs and the production activity in Tuscany. The legal proceedings were managed by a multidisciplinary team from Gop, involving partners and associates in various legal domains such as banking, restructuring, corporate M&A, and tax. Notarial acts were completed by Milan's notary, Carlo Marchetti.
