Favillini Expands with Interpack Acquisition

Favillini Pharmaceutical Packaging Group, a company specializing in secondary packaging for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, has successfully acquired Interpack. This acquisition is a part of Favillini's strategic growth plan under the guidance of Arcadia Sgr, aimed at consolidating its market presence in Italy. New Deal Advisors, led by partner Guido Pelissero, managed the financial due diligence for the transaction. Interpack, controlled by Oxy Capital via Gpack, is a specialized graphic and packaging company for the pharmaceutical sector, headquartered in Pomezia. Since Arcadia Sgr's involvement in 2020, Favillini embarked on both organic and inorganic growth to strengthen its market position. With this acquisition, Favillini enhances its strategic market coverage and solidifies its leadership in the Italian pharmaceutical and nutraceutical packaging sectors. The group plans to achieve over 45 million euros in consolidated revenue by 2025, operating from three manufacturing sites and producing around 850 million pieces annually.
