BonelliErede, a prominent Italian law firm, has facilitated Fae Technology, an Italian tech company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, in its acquisition of Mas Elettronica. Mas Elettronica, based in Padua, specializes in designing proprietary embedded electronic solutions and Arm architectures. This acquisition marks Fae Technology’s third in just over a year, solidifying its position as a key player in the national and international tech landscape.
