FAB Promotes Futoon Al Mazrouei in Executive Reshuffle

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the largest lender in the UAE, has announced a reshuffle of its executive committee. Futoon Al Mazrouei has been promoted with expanded responsibilities, now including wealth and business banking in addition to her personal banking duties. This restructuring follows a previously announced reorganisation where business banking was split from corporate banking for SME clients. Wealth management, previously under Michel Longhini, will now not feature on the executive committee, although Longhini continues as head of private banking. Additionally, Neil Barrable, the Group Chief Credit Officer, is departing for personal reasons. FAB has also promoted Noora Al Reyasi to the role of Group Chief HR Officer, succeeding Gareth Powell, who has retired. These changes underscore FAB's evolving strategy and management structure.
