F2a acquires majority of Sed System and Sed System 2

F2a, a company active in providing HR and F&A services, and soon part of HR solutions provider Sd Worx, has acquired a majority stake in Sed System and Sed System 2, alongside a business unit of Servizimpresa. Sed System, with its headquarters in Cuneo, Alba, and Mondovì, boasts over four decades of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, labour consultancy, and corporate welfare, servicing around 400 clients with a team of 30 employees. Founders Corrado Caviglia and Marella Bertello are set to remain key figures within the new structure. The transaction advisors included PedersoliGattai and KPMG for F2a, with Studio Castiglione advising Sed System, and internal advisors for Servizimpresa's business unit.
