Exus Renewables Expands into Poland with Wind Farm Acquisition

Exus Renewables, a company that manages 6 gigawatts of renewable assets across Europe, is making significant strides in Poland by acquiring a 53-megawatt wind farm portfolio. This acquisition marks the company's entry into the Polish market, advised by Dentons, one of the world's largest law firms. The wind farms, located in west-central Poland, consist of a 30-megawatt and a 23-megawatt project currently under construction, and they are expected to commence operations by 2025. Additionally, these projects will be supplemented by a further 65 megawatts of photovoltaic capacity, which is also in the development phase.
