Express Euroscan Acquires Denis Spedition

Express Euroscan, a prominent Romanian company specializing in domestic and international heavy tonnage transportation, has acquired Denis Spedition SRL and Denis Spedition GMBH, two companies with expertise in refrigerated cargo transport. The strategic acquisition was advised by Stratulat Albulescu, highlighting the growth intention of Express Euroscan to increase its turnover by at least 25%. Express Euroscan is known for collaborating with numerous leading companies in the European transport market and has held the title of the most efficient transport company in the Moldova region for four consecutive years. Denis Spedition, with a fleet of 40 refrigerated trucks, serves both the import/export and domestic transport markets, focusing on food and pharmaceuticals within Germany. The acquisition involved a team led by Stratulat Albulescu's Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and Counsel Raluca Gabor, with Express Euroscan's team including Ovidiu Placinta, Nelu Placinta, and LCL Advisory.
