Expo Inox, an Italian firm backed by RedFish LongTerm Capital (RFLTC), has acquired 100% of Steegmüller Kaminoflex, a company based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. With this acquisition, Expo Inox, which specializes in the production of metal, polypropylene, and carbon steel chimney systems, aims to fortify its presence in the German market and pursue its international expansion strategy. The acquisition follows the company's entry into the UK market through the purchase of A1 Flue Systems in 2024. Steegmüller Kaminoflex is known for its stainless steel chimney systems and holds a significant distribution network across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and France. The synergy between both companies is expected to provide Expo Inox with a robust platform, a recognized brand, and highly skilled personnel in the German market.
