Evli Divests Seven Industrial Properties to Fastighet Ab Balder

Evli Fund Management Co Ltd, through its real estate development fund Elite Finland Value Added Fund II Ky, has sold a portfolio of seven small industrial properties to a company owned by Fastighet Ab Balder. The sale encompassed properties with a combined leasable area of 25,000 square meters, located across Oulu, the Pirkanmaa region, Seinäjoki, and Kuopio. This divestment is part of the fund's strategic plan to explore sale opportunities and has achieved a return that exceeds the fund's target. This transaction marks the third divestment for the fund since last autumn, with the intention of focusing on properties within and around the Helsinki metropolitan area. The only commercial property retained outside of this area is a development property in Turku. Harri Palosaari, Head of the Real Estate Development Fund team, confirmed that the sale aligns with fund objectives and has been financially beneficial.
