Evli Fund Management Co Ltd has divested a portfolio of seven small industrial properties through its Elite Finland Value Added Fund II Ky. The properties were sold to Fastighet Ab Balder, encompassing approximately 25,000 square meters across Oulu, the Pirkanmaa region, Seinjoki, and Kuopio. This transaction marks the third divestment by the fund since last autumn, aligning with its strategy to explore sale opportunities within its closed-end fund. According to Harri Palosaari, Head of the Real Estate Development Fund team, the sale advances the fund's objectives and exceeded target returns. This divestment leaves one development property outside the Helsinki area, in Turku.
