Everfield accélère dans le nord avec acquisition d'OnlinePOS

Everfield, an established European long-term investor in the software sector, has announced its acquisition of OnlinePOS, a Danish company specializing in point-of-sale (POS) solutions for the hospitality and events industries. The acquisition represents Everfield's 30th in Europe, and its first in Denmark, marking a strategic step in its Nordic expansion. Founded in 2008, OnlinePOS offers a modular POS platform that integrates traditional functionalities with advanced tools such as QR code self-service, payment management, table management, and more than thirty third-party integrations. OnlinePOS CEO and Co-founder, Lasse Peters, highlighted Everfield's commitment to long-term software company sustainability as a key factor in their decision. Everfield executives expressed their delight at welcoming OnlinePOS into their ecosystem, noting the acquisition as a significant step to enhance their presence in the Nordic region and fortifying their offerings in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. OnlinePOS, with its strong local presence and scalable POS product, is expected to complement and elevate Everfield's ecosystem, which already includes companies like Digifood, MatrixPOS, helloTESS!, and KOST.
