Xenon Private Equity's Small Cap fund has acquired Eurostep, a company from Montebelluna, to establish Orvian Group, a new Italian digital innovation hub focused on e-commerce, marketing, design, and user experience. Eurostep has been operating for more than ten years, bridging the gap between business goals and technological solutions through e-commerce.
