Russell Bedford Spain's Financial Advisory team in Madrid facilitated the merger by conducting thorough due diligence in financial, tax, labor, and legal aspects of Aerotec Escuela de Pilotos. The newly formed entity awaits regulatory approval to operate with a combined fleet of 50 aircraft, 14 simulators, and approximately 200 professionals across four key Spanish locations: Cuatro Vientos, Mutxamel, Casarrubios del Monte, and Sevilla.
