Lambadarios, in collaboration with Ashurst, has guided European Dynamics in securing a significant investment from CAPZA and Abry Partners. Represented by Lambadarios, European Dynamics, a leader in eGovernment software and digital transformation services, will benefit from this minority investment aiming at bolstering its international expansion, fostering product innovation, and enhancing its M&A strategy. CAPZA, through its Flex Equity Mid-Market 2 fund, and Abry Partners receive advisory services from Paul Hastings and Kirkland & Ellis respectively.
