Europa Metals Completes Sale of Iberian Assets to Denarius Corp

Europa Metals, a European focused exploration company, has completed the sale and transfer of Europa Metals Iberia to the Canadian company Denarius Corp. The transaction pertains to the Toral Project, a lead, zinc, and silver exploration venture in León, Spain. This deal is the culmination of an option and joint venture agreement initiated in 2022 between the two companies for the joint development of the project. The negotiation and transaction processes were guided by Mariscal Abogados and Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, with key partners Irene Terrazas and Jammes Channo, respectively. This move signals a strategic divestment on the part of Europa Metals, possibly aiming to streamline their operational focus or realize value from the Iberian asset. Both companies involved in the transaction are publicly listed, Europa Metals in Australia and Denarius Corp in Canada.
