Watson Farley & Williams (Wfw) provided legal assistance to Euromont Shipping Company and Navigazione Montanari in a complex sale and leaseback transaction of two tankers, Valleblu and Valturchese, to Japanese leasing companies. The Wfw team, led by shipping department head Furio Samela and associate Sergio Napolitano, managed the preparation and negotiation of financial and guarantee documentation, as well as registration procedures.
