Equity Bancshares, the Kansas-based holding company for Equity Bank, has successfully completed its acquisition of NBC Corp. of Oklahoma. This strategic move adds seven new branches across Oklahoma to Equity's portfolio, including locations in Oklahoma City, Altus, Kingfisher, Enid, and a loan production office in Alva, all now rebranded as Equity Bank. Currently having $908.9 million in consolidated total assets, NBC brings significant value to Equity Bancshares, which now manages $6.4 billion in proforma consolidated assets across 82 locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Equity Bancshares, under the leadership of Chairman and Founder Brad Elliott, and CEO Rick Sems, aims to integrate core and digital banking systems by late August 2025.
