EQT Exeter to Acquire Five Million Square Feet of Industrial Assets

EQT Exeter, a leading global real estate investment manager, has announced the acquisition of 33 industrial assets strategically located across the United States through its Industrial Value Fund VI. The portfolio, known as the Assemblage, comprises over 4.5 million square feet of high-quality bulk and last-mile facilities situated in prime U.S. logistics corridors. The assets are spread across four primary regional markets: the Southeast, E-Commerce Triangle, Midwest, and El Paso, Texas, optimizing connectivity to interstates and major population centers. The properties are 90% leased to 34 unique tenants with staggered terms, featuring a mix of existing and new relationships for EQT Exeter. The firm aims to enhance value by filling the remaining vacancies and leveraging its global tenant-partner relationships.
