Environmental Essentials, an asbestos risk management company headquartered in Stoke, has expanded its operations by acquiring Omega Asbestos Consulting. This strategic acquisition will enable Environmental Essentials to penetrate the telecoms, utilities, and specialist manufacturing markets, areas previously untapped. The acquisition witnessed the departure of Omega's managing director, Gary McKendrick, while other key personnel, including commercial director Steve Hubery and operations director Craig Johnston, will continue with the company. This acquisition represents Environmental Essentials' fourth M&A activity, as it had previously acquired Adams Environmental, Quality Environmental Services, and Callidus Health & Safety Limited.
