Enventa Group has announced the acquisition of ERP Novum, a long-standing partner, as part of its strategy to enhance its enterprise resource planning (ERP) offerings. This marks the fourth acquisition under the strategic partnership with Main Capital Partners since 2022. The acquisition will allow Enventa to expand into the packaging and e-commerce sectors, thus broadening its footprint as a comprehensive ERP provider for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in German-speaking markets. ERP Novum, formed as a joint venture with Nissen & Velten in 2009, specializes in developing modules that complement the Enventa ecosystem.
