This acquisition involves the transfer of 100% of Enterprise's share capital, positioning Constellation Software to enhance its footprint in the Italian market and finance segment. KPMG served as the financial advisor for Enterprise, while legal guidance was provided by Richard Conrad Morabito. Vela Software Italy received legal advisory from Portolano Cavallo and financial due diligence support from RSM Italy Corporate Finance. Founded in 1995 by Marisa Casale and Filiberto Salvioni, Enterprise supports over 200 financial institutions with critical banking solutions. Following the acquisition, Marisa Casale will continue as CEO, with Federico Marturano becoming the president and Daniel Lee joining the board as an advisor.
