Elettrotek Kabel, part of EK Group and a company specializing in the production and distribution of special cables, has acquired 100% of C.E.Fi.S., a firm active in the distribution of electrical cables for the energy sector. EK Group was advised by Baldi&Partners in negotiations, due diligence, and contract consultancy. The team was led by partners Saimon Conconi and Francesca Baldi. The sellers, FIN.C.E.F.I.S. and Comet, were advised by Errepidue for financial and fiscal aspects and by Nobili Rtz Legal for legal matters. Errepidue's team included Andrea Romersa and Federico Grazioli, while Nobili Rtz Legal's team was led by Matteo Nobili and Lorenza Cavicchini.
