Elementum Energy Expands with Acquisition of Windpark West-R

Elementum Energy, a prominent investor in Ukraine's renewable sector, has successfully acquired Windpark West-R, enhancing its portfolio of renewable energy projects. Windpark West-R, a project company currently developing a 200-megawatt wind power plant, is located at the intersection of the Ternopil, Rivne, and Lviv regions in western Ukraine. The project is being executed in partnership with Maxima Development Group, which retains a minority stake in the development. The acquisition continues Elementum Energy's trajectory of strategic growth within Ukraine's renewable energy market, following previous expansions such as the Lymanska wind project in 2022.
