Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy (MBH) provided legal counsel to El Abd Patisserie and its shareholders, the El Abd Family, in light of Tanmiya Capital Ventures' significant investment. The transaction was effected through Tanmia Capital Ventures Fund II, which increased its stake by approximately 20.9% in El Abd's share capital. Notably, the deal also incorporated an internal restructuring and initiated a broad corporate governance framework. El Abd Family maintains operational control and ownership of the remaining shares.
