Eiffage Immobilier Polska's Project Sold to Heimstaden

Eiffage Immobilier Polska, represented by advisory firm DWF, has signed a forward sale agreement for a build-to-rent residential project situated in Warsaw’s Praga-Polnoc district. The project, which comprises 185 apartments alongside commercial units and parking facilities, has been sold to Heimstaden Bostad, a leading residential property company. The role of general contractor for the construction of the project will be carried out by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. The transaction was facilitated by a team from DWF, including Partners Joanna Wojnarowska and Adrian Jonca, Local Partner Weronika Roesler, Counsels Pawel Bialobok and Katarzyna Stec, and Senior Associate Marcin Wasilewski. On the buy-side, Dentons provided legal counsel to Heimstaden Bostad, with Managing Counsel Jaroslaw Stapel leading the effort.
