Lexist has provided legal counsel to Efor Holding on agreements related to the supply and installation of wind turbines with Germany's Nordex Group. These agreements concern Efor Holding's subsidiaries, Yellice Enerji Uretim and Gelgit Yenilenebilir Enerji ve Elektrik Uretim. The deal involves the installation of 23 wind turbines with a capacity of 160 megawatts at the Yellice RES project in Sivas, and 10 turbines with 49.5 megawatts capacity at the Gelgit RES project in Istanbul. A critical aspect of the transaction is the inclusion of a 10-year maintenance and service agreement for the wind turbines. The investment totals approximately USD 280 million.
