EEKEM Group Completes Capital Increase in UTI GROUP

At the end of October, EEKEM Group successfully completed a capital increase in UTI GROUP, as advised by law firm Orrick. The capital increase amounted to approximately 2.5 million euros and was subscribed by offsetting claims. Following this transaction, EEKEM Group acquired the entire stake held by Law Informatique in UTI GROUP, increasing its ownership to over 80% of the company. Subsequently, EEKEM Group is set to file a public offer for the remaining shares of UTI GROUP.
