Kian Capital Partners, a private investment firm that focuses on the lower-middle market, has acquired Eden Brothers in collaboration with its management. Eden Brothers, an e-commerce retailer based in Asheville, North Carolina, specializes in a vast array of flower seeds and bulbs. Founded in 2009 by CEO Sabine Randon, the company has grown to offer over 2,000 different seed and bulb varieties, alongside educational resources and customer service that have earned it a well-regarded reputation among gardening enthusiasts. As part of the acquisition, Sabine Randon will continue to lead the company and maintain a significant ownership stake. The partnership aims to expand Eden Brothers' product lines and digital presence, and potentially pursue strategic add-on acquisitions to further enhance growth. Meanwhile, Eden Brothers plans to seek partnerships across the home, lawn, and garden sectors. The acquisition aligns with Kian Capital's strategy of supporting founder-led and e-commerce-driven businesses.
