Warburg Pincus, One Equity Partners, and Green Cement Investments have agreed to sell Eco Material Technologies to CRH for a total consideration of $2.1 billion. Founded in 2022 through the merger of Boral Limited's North American fly ash business and Green Cement Inc, Eco Material Technologies is a leading supplier of Supplementary Cementitious Materials in North America, focusing on environmentally friendly, near-zero carbon cement products.
