E-testing acquires MentalO to enhance professional orientation offerings

E-testing has announced its acquisition of MentalO, a company revered in professional orientation and career development since 2014. This strategic move enables E-testing, a specialist in competency testing, to enhance its offering with school and career guidance solutions, adding to its portfolio of over 850 skill, professional behavior, and risk prevention tests. Founded by Armelle Riou, MentalO employs a proven methodology that has been implemented in over 15 countries. The acquisition indicates E-testing's ongoing strategy for external growth, following the successful integrations of Oojob and the Site des Tests. It represents a key strategic development area in professional orientation, aiming to create significant synergies among its entities. This move aligns with a development plan crafted in collaboration with Capital Croissance, which has supported E-testing since March 2024. The acquisition underscores shared ambitions to expedite growth and play a pivotal role in market consolidation. For E-testing's CEO Maud Sarfati, the move addresses a growing client demand for career guidance tools, enhancing the company's expertise in supporting individuals throughout their career paths.
