Duman Clinic has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of La Stejari SRL, a company operating a hotel in Pianu de Jos, Alba County, Romania. Historically, this hotel served as accommodation for visitors to the nearby Paul Tomita Golf Club, the first private golf club in Romania. The purchase was valued at EUR 1,060,000. Under Duman Clinic's new ownership, the facility will be transformed into a therapeutic community for rehabilitation, known as the ENLA center. Duman Clinic is known for specializing in facial and body maintenance procedures and therapies for hair conditions, and acts as the sole representative of Esteworld hospital in Turkey.
