Duerre Tubi Style Group (DTS), led by entrepreneur Enrico Ruini, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of 3M. The previous owners included entrepreneur Alvano Bacchi, Sici sgr, Next Holding, and Mauro Cardinali. The transaction was finalized on June 9, 2025, at Chiara Malaguti's notary office in Modena. 3M, based in San Giustino, Perugia, employs nearly 70 people and generates revenues of approximately €22 million, specializing in aluminum alloy die-casting primarily serving automotive industry leaders. The acquisition was personally overseen by DTS's CEO, Marco Stella, with legal support from Studio Legale Seidenari, and business and tax advisory from Beta Commercialisti Associati and AP Partners, coordinated by Gilberto Montecchi. The sellers were advised by Simone Mariotti and Deloitte Legal. Ruini and Stella view this acquisition as a critical step in DTS's growth strategy and a reinforcement of their long-term faith in Italian industry. Alvano Bacchi expressed satisfaction with 3M's growth since his acquisition in 2013. Representatives from the selling groups expressed similar sentiments, highlighting 3M's strategic growth and the significance of the exit.
