DTZ Investors Completes Modernization of Trafford Park Warehouse

DTZ Investors has completed a significant refurbishment of a 24,000 square foot warehouse, Unit 2, Prince Mead Place, located in Trafford Park, Manchester. The project underscores DTZ's commitment to sustainability by achieving a net zero status, aligning with its broader net zero carbon goals. Key features of the refurbishment include a roof-mounted photovoltaic system capable of generating 61,000 kWh of renewable energy annually and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 8,289 kg per annum. The warehouse now has an EPC A+ rating. The internal renovations include modern office spaces, LED lighting, and VRF heating and cooling systems. Externally, the warehouse sports a refurbished roof, enhanced service yard security, and electric vehicle charging points.
